The left/right tilt is a feature I have as a requirement for any mouse, and is why i never got a naga. I use it for strafe left and right, I use Q and E for FTL DPS buttons.. makes things feel a lot better.. you can strafe kite like this mush easier 8) It also makes moving in and out of good/bad things on the ground way smoother while still dpsing ( if you can dps in the move )

One neat trick i use with this method is, when i spread my team out ( formation ) I will hit IWT so they all turn and face the boss and i tap the wheel left or right real easy like, and it stops them. That can be done a number of ways but it just feels better like this. It seems faster/smoother i guess.
