Farming spots for cloth/leather/motes?

I was farming the turtles for 3 hours last night. ALL my accounts with the DKs on them (Farming with Paladin and 4 DKs) just now got banned. TOTAL BULLSHIT. I just got 4 password resets then 5 minutes later.. banned. My Paladin account didn't get banned. He was just healing and not doing any of the kills.

I have no such hack programs installed. Just ISBoxer. I did nothing wrong. I'm currently on hold with them, but I have no idea how to appeal or get this reversed. I want it revered tonight since I came home so I can level up my team.

Either they believe killing the spawns over and over is considered an exploit or someone reported me and they didn't research it properly.

Thats BS bro. so sorry to hear that. I mean they made these mote so rare, and you need them for a lot of stuff! They don't expect us to farm like this?

Update to my above post. Spoke to account support who is escalating to the GMs. They said that there is some checks behind the scenes for activity that resembles powerleveling services. Because of the quickness of the kills for a long period of time, it resembled a bot. The guy I spoke to actually had multiboxed before with 5 accounts with ISBoxer. He understood the reason for farming kills versus collection quests. He looked at the logs and confirmed that all 5 accounts were logged in at the same time and I even gave him my current IP and he said it matched what was in the logs and it is from comcast. So I said that proves it wasn't some chinese farmer. He said he will get more info about the speed kills to see if we should back off on it due to these backened checks. In the meantime, he said he will send my account with not on it up the chain and also asked me to submit an appeal through the web ticket system. I better get these unbanned because I didn't do anything wrong.


And I just realized why this may have occurred. Even the account rep called this a new check. Fs and Athene world firsts. I bet they thought my Paladin was tagging outside of the group, which it was not. Everyone was in the same group getting the same XP and they should have reviewed the logs to see that.

Well I was doing it for leveling purposes. The motes were nice, but wanted to get to 88 to bypass the worst collection zones. And also to possibly do the Prince rep farming that was mentioned.

I dinged my mages to 86 and then went to Krasarang Wilds. Grinded Weeping Horrors ( http://www.wowhead.com/npc=57649 ) for 3 hours and dinged to 87 because the mobs spawn instantly. I looted 210 motes in that time with some afking once in a while

Looting is very fast when you have "Pass loot: Yes" on your slaves, so your main loots everything.

I got bored with questing and went back to Weeping Horrors. Ran around the pit with stopwatch, kept spamming 5x Nether Tempest with everything and then stopped after 4 minutes. Looted the pile and got 60 grey items (amount of mobs died, each drop one) and five motes, which seems to be a good average on droprate.

That's around 82500 exp for each toon (while they are rested) every minute, sums up to 75 motes and 5 million rested exp per hour (+food breaks). I finished with 100 motes (grinded less than 90 minutes) and bought 30x Golden Lotus from the vendor for 10 Spirits of Harmony. Sold the flowers for 10k gold on AH (~300g+ each)

It's a massacre though. Every mob lives only 4 seconds after tagging, while each of them stands with 184k hp.

Hopefully i didn't get the ban hammer... then again i was only there for about 10% exp and around an hour total.

Well, maybe this hints that they're finally going to get around to a massive banwave on all those bots out there. I swear there's twice as many bots on my server as there are horde. But I suppose that's not saying much, lol.
