Transferring account wide mounts to second bnet

I'm not surprised if they fixed it or disabled it.

There have been Chinese sites that have been selling 200+ mount "packages" since 5.0.4 hit. For $500, you could get practically every mount in the game including ultra rare and unobtainable ones (for example the Scarab Lord Mount).

What will not transfer with my character?

• Your character’s quest log will be cleared completely.
• Account-wide pets and mounts remain with the original Battle.net account.
• Character friends and ignore lists will be reset.
• User interface settings (macros, character-specific key bindings, etc...) will be reset.
• Guild affiliation does not transfer (unless you perform a Guild Master Realm Transfer).

No now even mounts that specific toon learned will not be transferred with him simply because they are account wide.

So if i got my old paladin back who had alar it'd basically be worthless to x-fer him. Eh... ew.

Just buy Alar off of the black market auction house . Last I had read, it was one of the items set to be sold. Should be interesting seeing what the first one sells for.
