    So I presume doing it this way means queueing with 5 toons of the same level and then kicking one to replace with the high level booster? Or am I not understanding this correctly?

    The OP didn't say a word about 5 toons or 5 accounts. To me it sounds like he has 1 account, and just buys a new one for the sake of raffing a monk.
