Are you noticing any numbness with your hands or arms? I'm worried that it might be uncomfortable after long periods of time. I was thinking of using ceiling mounts for my two 24" monitors and suspend them over head. Then I would need to find a chair that is good for reclining and had an area I could set the keyboard and mouse on. I'm not afraid to spend money on this setup, as long as it works

No numbness here. I'm a pretty big guy, so most cheap office chairs are uncomfortable. We had this recliner that needs to be tossed or given away. Instant new office chair. I don't know about hanging the monitors from the ceiling, but I would recommend making sure your comfortable line of sight in the new chair be where you mount the monitors. I've thought about putting my 2 monitors on movable arms so that I can raise their height off the desk, but in testing it wasn't very comfortable. So make sure you're not straining anything or having to sit uncomfortably to view your monitors. One other thing, I'm pretty aware of my wrist posture (if that's even the correct word) in relation to my keyboard and board that my keyboard and mouse are on. This is probably why I don't have numbness. If you're prone to holding your wrists at odd angles you may want to make sure you've got a ergonomic wrist rests/etc.
