Is it by using the ATG feature? If anyone can point me to a link I'd appreciate it. Right now I go in ISBoxer toolkit and load different versions of say the "A" key. I load which ever version of the A key that I need for each team. Thanks guys!
This is the procedure I use for each team:

    Open the Toolkit.

Create a copy of the Default Keymap: FTL DPS Keys.
Rename the copy, after the new character set.

Select the character set, in the top left pane.
Delete (in the lower left pane) the FTL DPS Keymap from the list of Keymaps that apply to this character set.
Drag the copy of the FTL DPS Keymap, which was renamed after the character set down to here.

In the lower right pane, go to the second tab (Key Map White/Black Lists).
Select the second option, 'White Lists'.
Ensure only Control + General + The_Team_Specific_Keymap are selected (highlighted in blue).

Click the Control Keymap, in the top left pane.
Expand 'Activate Maps' in the bottom left pane.
    Click on the '1'.
Copy the General Key Map On > All
Paste that (by right clicking on actions).
Edit the paste, so it points to the newly made Keymap for this specific team.
Edit the target to > All members of the new team.
Do the same on Step 2 of the 'Activate Maps' mapped key.

    My personal set up is:
    a) Control - These mapped keys are always on, never disabled... none have a keybind to activate that is remotely similar to my password.
    b) General - These mapped keys can be toggled off, and anything that applies to every team is here...
    c) Team Specific - Anything that varies from team to team, is put here... so for example: '4' on my Boomkin set is a Send Next Click action for broadcasting Treants... but '4' is not necessarily modified on other sets...
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

Thanks, really appreciate the help! I have my DK's to 75 and I'm rushing to make the AV weekend that is coming up.
