I use the original (non-stealth) Razer Black Widow Ultimate.
The Razer Black Widow Ultimate has 5 macro keys and the Corsair K90 has 18 (I think); however, the Corsair K90 keyboard
isn't all mechanical. I'm sure there are others that have macro keys as well.
