People were searching for a character on the armory to see if it existed... not to check its stats. Your very
own link that you posted shows that you can, in fact, see that a level 1 character exists on the armory.

Seemed like the only explanation as "Dtox" is not available on Frostmourne, yet I can't find that character on the Armoury. I know it is horde. Maybe it might be because it has never made it to a major city or something? I have no idea.
