The new RAF goes to 80th.
And until 80th, you only need "most" of the experience (70-80%) of what a player originally needed.

I'd take your group of whatever...
And level them through Outland and then Northrend.
If you have Cataclysm, you can switch to those zones at 78th instead of 80th.

Once you have your first set up to 80th (which is where RAF ends), use the best booster to get several other sets up.
Get a bunch of toons to 80th, to give you options for once RAF is over.
More combinations of toons, lets you try different options.

Once you have all the combinations you think would be fun, take your favorite combination from 80th to 85th.

    Don't forget about granting levels.
    Since you have A > B and A > C, every level 80 on B & C is an 80th granted to A as well.
Maybe use a toon on B to boost A/C, and then a toon on C to boost A/B.
Which is then also a free toon on A, via the granting.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

I like that. Is there anyone that offers a reliable boosting service to get me started with the first booster?

How many levels can be granted with the cap being changed to 80?

One level for every two gained by the recruitee. So 40 if you reach 80.
