If you refer to the announced ptr rogue changes, afaik they are only tooltip changes.

Hopefully you have enough time, I'm assuming 25man heroic? Doing it on 10man takes for effing ever. You get 1 staff per 25man's 3.

Last part of the quest now favors 10m heroic guilds over 25m hc guilds (you'll still get it faster in 25m due to more drops, but 10m hc drops more cinders relative to raid size).
