Its actually going very well. For 1 year prior to multiboxing, I made a paladin healer, and leveled it in a raiding guild, ran her solo, and did FR raids as one of the guilds top healers. Prior to that, I had a priest healer, and a druid healer.

My setup is:
Heal bound to F1; Shock to F2, Flash heal to F3, Shield to F4 and I have Beacon on a macro for "=" so that when I buff, the Tank gains Righteous Fury, one pally does kings, one pally does might, healer does Beacon macro with SoL.
Grid, with Gridcustomlayouts, (of course)... and the Healers F keys have mouseover macros for those spells. so my mouse doesnt move more than an inch to each member, Fkey, and back to the std DPS1-0 keys for blowin stuff up.

Ty sir. (Side note), I had some dude randomly whisper me and ask me if I was "Sweets" said he ran with "me" in a TB once, ..loved playing along side a boxer. I dont recall his name but the toon was a level 47 warrior.
