Waiting on 2200 weps... what do?

First it has to crit. Then you need a mage or warlock with wrong armor up, else you're not getting those numbers. Then you need 5 CP's + 70 energy. I know it sounds OP and it can crit for absurd amounts, but that doesn't mean that it generally will crit for anything like that. If you don't have 70 energy to waste on it, I'd rather use another Shred then FB, since it's more reliable damage. If it doesn't crit and you don't have 70 energy, it can hit for 5k. Which is 5 CP's completely wasted

there's also bearform. Bearform charge roots, which acts like hamstring's root. So no magic to dispel. Then there's a 5 sec stun.

FB is useless if you can only spent 25 energy on it. To get good damage you need to add another 35 energy to double the damage. So you need 5 CP, 60 energy spent on it and then it has to crit to be good damage.

Edit: Just tested on my feral with 19k AP Ilvl ~360-365 probably in pve gear on the lvl 85 training dummy.
