I haven't tried 3s yet. A bit uncertain how to approach the fight without a healer. Actually I'm not a big fan of running w/o a healer. I can see 2 spriest + random healer work (or boxing all 3, but then 2x shadow 1x disc).

As for the healer on the 5 team, pally is great vs melee, shaman is pretty awesome vs caster teams with wind shear. Will need more games/gear to find out what works best for me.

Prob human for alliance. Hard to beat double trinkets.

For horde...I think maybe orc or if you were super aggressive maybe BE for the extra silence ;p

I <3 my aoe silence. I played around on the tourney realm as a Troll and Tauren priest but I kept missing that silence. It's so clutch sometimes.
