    Dual wield does higher DPS in PVE as well.

    When I last ran blood spec's for instances back in Jan/Feb, DW was vastly superior to 2h for one simple reason. It upped the number of worms your DK spam was generating which resulted in pretty silly self healing on top of everything else!
