4 mobile healers (2Xdruids, 2 priests) + affliction lock
All five can dots, move, attack opposing team healer first, strategy is to wear down the healer's mana while healing your group
you have aoe fear when melee is on you, 3X(priests/lock), keep running and kite.

I saw a video and they won, by wearing down the opposing team...long fight, but a win is a win.
