    You may be doing this already but if not...

    Don't assign skills you are going to be using over and over to the thumb buttons. Use stuff like CC, PVP trinkets, etc. once-in-a-while skills. I think any skill you would be hammering over and over would indeed make your thumb very tired if assigned to these buttons.

    I actually chose a logitech G700 in the end. It has 4 extra thumb buttons and 3 extra index finger buttons. Not quite the number of the naga but they are very well positioned for my hand so that I can actually have my thumb in contact with all four at the same time, only needing to move slightly one way to actuate the correct button.

    I use the mouse for all of my click healing with the priest as well as having mass dispel and dispel castable at targets.
