"Slowboxing" Poseidus

When it comes to such a mob as Poseidus, I was wondering..

You know when you mine a normal elementium deposit, it may spawn again as rich elementium or even pyrium deposit.. so I was thinking if this affects some rare mobs as well?

So killing normal seahorses may spawn Poseidus faster?

I was camping 52+ hours straight on all five known spawn points (with some help ofc, since I have a job and I sleep as well ^^), and then maintenance hit the realm, logged back later on, and there was no sign of cached Poseidus .. So the chances are that it doesn't spawn every week, or something triggers the spawn timer..

I was thinking more like Ancient Cyclops in OOT or SRO. Statue is a little too raid boss-y to compare (and all you had to know was when he was killed last...)

Wouldn't an account logged on for 52+ hours straight throw up a red flag at Blizzard?

Why feel bad or guilty? You paid through the teeth to be able to camp all those spots. You aren't doing anything anyone else couldn't do if they invested.
