opertunity can proc off any spell but is only consumed by a spell that has a cast time. So opertunity gets used almost every time i hardly ever miss one when it procs. my rotations and delays in my ISboxer are almost dead on.

Right. That's how opportunity works. However, my point was since most of your spam spells are 1.5 second cast, you'll get no benefit, since you'll still have to wait 1.5 seconds for the GCD to come up.
