    I leveled these with Blizzard's Refer-A-Friend system ( http://us.blizzard.com/support/artic...rticleId=20588 ) so leveling from 1-60 was kinda superfast. If I remember right, I did lots of questing, but also some instancefun (trash supercc mostly). Since you get Mirror Images at level 50, you could down bosses at your level I think.

    Latest Blizzard-spell buff gives quite nice damage out if you found a spot to supergrind anything..
