I attempted to log in a 10:03 and I was ~500th in line with a wait time of 42mins.
Now (at 10:34) I'm 320th in line with a wait time of 1.5 hours!

With how slow its moving now, I'm thinking it's basing the capacity off the Starting Area Instances. I might have to wait until people actually complete the starting area

I don't know what it's basing it on, but my second account was logged in at maybe 10:02 with a wait time of 39 minutes initially. Then that wait time went to over two hours, then to 15 minutes for a while and now an hour and 40 minutes.
