    Have not experienced this myself.
    What software are you using and how are you limiting the FPS on the slaves?
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.

    Isboxer. On the character sets they are set to 60 fps front 30fps back. I have no idea why my slaves are getting locked at 15fps.
