MUST DOs in Cataclysm

Hi all,

(potential spoilers below - read at your own risk)

my wow time is limited so i'm just trying to have a list of things in Cata that I *must* experience.
Awesome questlines, lore events, cinematics etc, anything you think no one should miss. (a bit like the wrathgate event or running in a Murloc costume in Wotlk if you want, )


So far, i would recommend everyone to:

- Make a Worgen, do the starter quests, and READ the quests. Doesn't matter if you never play that toon afterwards, but the battle in Gilneas is really well scripted, full of cut scenes and thoroughly enjoyable.

- Ride the Maelstorm, pump water effects up

- Take the Mercenary boat from Org to Vashj'ir. Listen to the chat, see Budd do his thing and then feel the power of the Kraken!

- Ride the dragon from moonglade to Hyjal and see good old Rags coming back to life.

- Do the Cookie soup fight in Deadmines

- Engage Hogger in the Stormwind Stockackes and see him yell that the forest was merely a setback (!)

Horde: do the quest in the west end of hillsbrad to be a questgiver

Peacebloom vs Ghouls quest chain in hillsbrad (any faction)

quest chain from the human paladin by the hot springs in un'goro

various quests for horde in azshara, doing whole zone is recommended, same goes for stonetalon for both factions

whole of redridge mountains for alliance

the Schnottz chain in uldum

goblin starting zone for same reasons as previously mentioned worgen starting zone, pretty much

ring of blood event in twilight highlands (crucible of carnage)

jousting quests in hyjal

kill a Whale Shark in Vashj'Ir

Battlemaiden chains in vashj'ir

Best quest ever, and then go and do the next 20 quests which involve these characters, they are hilarious (and one of them sad)
