interstingly enough, disabling dx11 it now does not crash - but my 1 box performance is much nicer in dx11 - go figure...

After you are sure you got the latest driver for your video card try manually downloading dx11 and reinstalling it.Originally Posted by Perrigrin
Probably because the 250 GTS doesn't exactly support DX11, only DX10. This, however, may or may not make a difference
because I can enabled DX11 on my 260 GTX and it will run fine playing solo, haven't tried it while boxing.
