Banned Software guy using videos

He does not claim that xxx is being used, he just says if you want to do the same then buy xxx (kinda doubt you will do the same but whatever).

There is nothing in the videos that would indicate to any knowledgable person that xxx was actually being used.

Don't the owners of the videos have any say if they can be used to promote someone else's product? Seems to me they could stop them from being used in taht mannner or is it if you upload to utube you give up your copyrights? I don't know.

I havn't tried xxx but I just can't even concive of anything that could be better then IsBoxer and still be legal.

There's the rub. People without knowledge may look at those videos and not know any better, and possibly buy The Software of Voldemort because of the association. People who are knowledgeable either already have ISBoxer or something else, and are not the target for that effort.
