I'm having the same issue.. Set up the double VGA properly but the wow windows are "not syncronized" as confusedtx5 has explained..

    This is my setup..
Primary adapter --> Ati Radeon 4780 1GB connected to Monitor 1
Second adapter --> Ati Radeon 4780 1GB connected to Monitor 2

Primary video - Main Character Maestrale
    Secondary video - 4 alts

When i enable the mouse/keyboard repeater, i see the "fake" mouse cursor on the 4 alts, but when i move the mouse...
sorry for my english, i'm not able to explain... look at the picture below.. is better explaining
The GOLD trace is the mouse movement - repeated bad on the alts windows.

Both monitors are 22", same resolution 1680*1050, game profile of the 5 pg in game are the same for all pg on all screen/ wow istance (1680*1050)
    BUT
In the secondary monitor the single "alt" window looks like is not set properly to 1680*1050 but lowered to a kind of 800*600 ----- so the mouse movement on different resolution windows is different!

Hope there will be a solution that is NOT to set Main pg resolution to 800*600 or something... this will be really bad..

If your mouse is on the pixel located at 1608x890 on your main screen, that pixel point doesn't even exist on an 800x600 resolution.
If you want 1:1 mouse broadcasting, your in game resolutions must match.

This isn't exactly what the OP is talking about. While he does want perfect mouse broadcasting, he also wants to run at 2560x1600
on all screens all the time, so he doesn't have to switch up his UI/setup when going from solo to boxing. I honestly haven't tried it,
but I would not even think that you could force a monitor that doesn't support 2560x1600 to even run that resolution correctly. The
only solution I can foresee is to either:
    Code:
Purchase another 30" monitor that can handle 2560x1600[even though I'm sure that is a giant
load on the video cards to have that many games using that resolution]
    or
    Code:
Switch permanently to a 1920x1080 resolution and maybe run 5 of those on the main 30"
    screen
I'm sure option 2 is out because once you've played at 2560x1600 you don't want to play at a lower res.

    THAT is the problem...
the 2 monitors are both LG FLATRON W2242S @1680*1050
all the 5 wow has (in game) the SAME 1680*1050 resolution settings.
i have also try to flag in isboxer - windows layout - desired rendering size to 1680*1050 without any change..
the 4 pg on my monitor #2 has in game res 1680*1050 BUT in ISBOXER layout they are set to 840*525 for fitting 4 pg on just one monitor.

    The question is:
For properly mouse broadcasting with 2 monitors on 2 VGA shall i have to set 5 different monitors (one for pg) with the same 1680*1050 resolution?
so the mouse position is connected to the MONITOR resolution and NOT the warcraft resolution?

if the answer is YES in both cases, i will give up with the double video card and will find a brand new one that will allow me to run smooth 5 warcraft on 2 22" monitors as show in the picture before...
Then i will start ask myself why with a single VGA the mouse repeater was warking so efficent with the same
    1 main & 4 alts in 2 monitors....

edited for say Thanks for the help
after 2 weeks spent setting the isboxer / innerspace for recognize 2 video cards, that mouse repeater was the last problem i would expect to have...

If each and every one of your in game resolutions match 100%, then I don't know why you would experience mouse repeater offset
issues. What you've shown in your image is what happens when your in game resolutions are not identical. You'll have to bring your
issue to the ISBoxer chat room or probably a new thread if Lax is going to see this.
