No there will be a super shopping center there with a fastfood court.
I was hoping to 10box in cata but I`m not sure how much will be doable with all these changes. I`m thinking of leveling 1 char to 80 to start with anyway. Cata looks like good fun with just one char, all the cc`ing ain`t to box friendly I guess.
