alchemy transmultate chaning in cata ?

when z look at mining for example there isnt a cd all the way.. sometimes on the beginning and later not anymore.. thats what makes me think twice before i start learning transmulting with so many chars ^^

They can never take all of the x-mute cool downs off of a timer otherwise it would allow x-mute masters to make infinet amounts of money just by vendor. And taking the cooldown off of gems would ruin the gem market.
