MM hunter in Cataclysm... WTF

Hunters are worthless on the beta right now play one if you don't believe me... Focus regen rate is complete shit they are pretty good in pve, but pvp they are horrible currently.

The shot cost vrs regen rate ratio needs some tweaking. If they get the regen right or reduce the numbers BM hunters have some very nasty abilities as do MM. Scatter shot is baseline that is going to make BM that much more powerful. BM currently has to throw a freezing arrow and hope you a) don't move b) they threw it infront of you and you continued your straight path. With scatter shot + the talent that reduces cooldown on disengage when crit by melee or deterrance when crit by range will be pretty nasty.
