    I think the reseted exp caps at 2 levels (or it used to be that way). However, if you're doing quests, you have to go fairly hardcore to ever catch up to that. My priest team still has rested exp, though I haven't done any dungeons (which will burn through it) and PvP a fair amount.

    It caps at 150% of your current level's total xp, always has.
    But using it and then waiting the 10 days for it to fill up again while doing other stuff works nicely.

    With the heirloom gear I can burn through 1.5 levels very quickly. I cycle my teams. I'll let a couple rest while I play one.
