Or do both. I run my druid as healer, but here is his macro. I was wasting too much mana in overheals until people helped me in this thread.

    Heal Macro For Druid:
    /castsequence Rejuvenation,Lifebloom,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,, Lifebloom,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,, Lifebloom ,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,, Lifebloom

That was before I tweaked it. This sequence was actually too slow so I started taking one comma out of each set between the lifeblooms until now rejuvenation is up exactly when it hits 1 second left and lifebloom is constantly up.

Also on one of my DPS macro buttons my druid just casts Wild Growth each time it's cool down is over.

In addition I use HEAL bot set up in a repeater zone for bigger heals, which is mostly spamming nourish if one of the toons gets in trouble.
SWTOR -The Shadowlands Server - PVE Republic
    Malgor - 50 Soundrel Bonesaw : Hath - 50 Commando
    Wilma & Betti - 50 Dual-boxing Sages
    D3: Kaean#1993 and Malgor#1327

Ya when I play a priest healer i have a button for circle of healing/pom bound to my dps key... and druids wild growth gets mashed on every cooldown But if I'm running a pally / shaman healer I just click heal like a regular single healer would.
