Can't think of anything else but if everything is fine at your end and the phone line can handle your speeds then it's down to your provider and maybe you'll have to switch : /

The peak thing could be, i guess not though, since it's the best rated provider availible in my awesome little country :P It's akso often enough not at peak hours, like in the morning for example.

Haven't changed anything. So i guess i'll just wait till i can ring them again and tell them to send a mechanic to the local interhousethingy where they control stuff or so. The problem with switching is that it probably doesn't fix anything, since the network is maintained by an older provider called KPN and my provider pays them to be able to use the network. The mechanic that'll come will and was(previous times) from KPN aswell. So it's just screwed :/
