    I think the quote was aimed at the fact that even with an authenticator attached to his account he still got hacked, so while they are a nice money earner for blizzard (the physical one that is) it still doesn't guarantee 100% security on your account.

    I think you're right , allthough my statement was kinda simple. So i can't blame Whitz for his reply :P
