Disc gets you Holy Nova on the run, Renew as a top-up effect, PW: Shield for mitigating incoming damage. They get massive haste after casting shield. Have a Fear Ward and Mass Dispel vs Fear attacks. Pain Suppression is good if someone is focused.

You'll probably not be able to play them even close to optimal, when controlling four locks at once.

The druid has Rejuvenation and Lifebloom as instants, which are also HOTs. I'd probably use Regrowth for the main heal, because of talent support. Wild Growth is very strong too. Tree gets a lot of armor, which will help against melee. You cannot Mass Dispel a bubble away, or use it to quickly negate a fear-bomb. The druid can be stealthed and nearby ready to heal. Druid will have Battle Rez and Innervate which are fairly unique features.

Both classes have a non-combat rez, decent buffs that are roughly equal. Both are very mobile healers who are boxing friendly. I'd personally go with Disc, but say that a Resto Druid is very close for pvp. Shammy bring totems which are nice, but imo aren't as strong of a healer for a boxer. And imo, the pally is the worst healer when the boxer is controlling them, especially for a highly mobile warlock team.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

Is disc a big enough upgrade over a druid to warrant me spending another.... 24-30 hours leveling it to 68 to catch up to my warlocks?
