I got ask if I was dutch all the time because my last name is dutch. Since my last name was plastered right on the front of my uniform they could see my last name. Anyways, after that I had a new nickname that stuck thru the rest of my military career. One thing I gotta say about most of europe in general is that it is one of the most amazing places I have ever seen.
What does it mean!! :P I was stationed west coast and had an AO in the pacific rim. My deployment cycles were very unique and very hush, so I didn't do as much exploring as I would have liked. I still dream of making it to europe for a summer tho, I know I'd love it.
