You can do a private message to him on this site.
Not sure of his actual email address, but a message there would be good.
And you can try calling him, during business hours.
Those are pretty much your options.
$20 for a keyclone license is not that much.
You could just purchase a second license, in the interim, so you can box now.
And use a secure email, such as the one from your internet provider.
Then send Keyclone an email or call him, to let him know the situation.
If you're certain you'll never use two computer to box, ask if one of the licenses could be cancelled and refunded.
Explain that you tried to contact him, and five days later there was still no response.
And that you really wanted to box, and keyclone is your software of choice.
Rob is really nice, and I'm sure he'll be quite reasonable.
Or just go with, it's only $20.. and that's a cheap lesson to store passwords and secret questions somewhere secure.
