If you work it into a rotation for killing cleave teams it could be amazing unless resil really kills the damage that much. Have to see when people test it.

This.. and we almost never play melee cleave past about 1800 rating. It's all ranged except maybe a rogue or warrior, which you shouldn't be using a GCD on for fire nova
