Macro's for low level toons

The posted click macros are a good starting point.
They give you the spells which are good to include.
And list the order (priority) for those spells.

Just because I've chosen to go: Immolate, Conflagrate, Chaos Bolt and Incinerate with my warlock does not necessarily mean that's the best spells to go with. Maybe another spell would be better, or a different order like reversing the priority of Conflag and Chaos Bolt.

But the macros of others gives you a starting point.

You'll want to understand how the click works.
And build macros based on your spam speed.
To ensure its as powerful as can be.
Even then, you'll want to tweak them on a target dummy.

Offtopic but... I just recently came back to wow. I've found the high level target dummies. Are there any lower level ones that could be useful to midlevel toons.

You can try dueling with one of your toons to get a target dummy effect. Just have one of your toons duel another one. The recount addon should show you dps. Also watch for cool downs and hang ups with your /click rotations.
