just started boxing my first group of 5, and possibly the only boxing team on baelgun us (that i've seen). ppl have been very positive and curious so far. but i lol'ed that my first comment was so generic i read it here on the site all the time...

Recently switched over from Feathermoon to Nazgrel to meet up with a friend. Never really had any hate on Feathermoon, nor that much attention in general.

Im running 5 Bloodelf pallies, 1 male and 4 females. The females all look the same. Probably why Im getting all the attention.

Just started getting screenies on the ones that make me laugh.



This next guy went on to send me /tells calling me a cheating faggot...etc. I told him to tell that to the other 4 toons because report X5 is SWEET! He then logged off and I didnt see him for the rest of the night.

The guy who was asking me where I got the bots from and where he could get the bots from logged off straight after I jumped the toon he wanted me to and asked him if that was good enough...

I've been toying with making a small skit or something to play with when people are nice - I've had a few requests to show off, people like seeing my team kill, when I'm out questing or doing dailies, and I get a lot of random tells because of my guild name, "Cake Or Death" (Eddie Izzard sketch, if you don't know, YouTube it, it's hilarious). I was thinking of one going "Cake or death?" and then having alternate responses from the team depending on what they say.

Hmm. Maybe I'll make a new guild for the next team, call it "The Spanish Inquisition", and macro them all to say "NOBODY expect the Spanish Inquisition!"

Did'nt somebody here have a magic show, or something, that they did?

This is exactly what people need to do imo. I like to put on a show for people to enjoy when they see my 5 guys. Usually it's just moving into a formation and having my guys all dance at the same time or something silly, but it makes people lighten up. And lots of people will run up and start dancing too. When I'm playing my DKs a popular request is to see them all do Army of the Dead, so I do that in Dalaran once in a while. Or I made all 5 of my guys juggle the flame torches or whatever during the summer festival, that was a fun one. If someone's whining and they're right next to you, entertaining them with simple tricks is a good way to change their mood



As far as the thread topic, it's dumb how many people think we're bots. My favorite went something like this:

I was in Undercity, going from the flight path to one of the lifts, and this guy was doing the same thing, with my guys in front of him at the door for the lift
him: "bots."
me: "you wouldn't know a bot if it slapped you in the face"
him: "5 of them just did"

I love playing around on my mages in town for people.

1.) Ashenvale quest to get Dartol's Rod of Transformation
2.) Level up to 80 for Mirror Image.
3.) Use rod on all five mages
4.) Mirror Image
5.) You now have 20 furbolgs running around Dalaran, followed shortly by many, many, "WTF"

Edit: Haven't done it yet, but I'm hoping the Iron Dwarf flask and frenzyheart drink also work like this.
