Is it ok to use keyboard macros to generate additional keypresses?

I try not to use the /click plus /castsequence macros as my keyboard spamming speed is not constant. Also thinking of setting up a melee team and using keyboard macro is a way to combine "Interact with Target" spam with /cast macros. Guess I have to hit both keys manually then?

Spamming interact with target will cause your alts to run around like retarded geese.

As for "use click"... you could make a click macro:

/click spell1
/click spell2

Or you can use your Logitech keyboard to press 3 and 4 and keybind Spell1 to 3 and spell2 to 4...

Or you can use an x-keys pro to keycap 2 keys into one and do the same thing...

Or you can tape a penny on your 3 and 4 key to do the same thing.

As long as there is no automation you should be fine.
