    When deleting that folder, will my current setup with ISboxer stop working? Im currenttly using jamba and isboxer/is and wanna use the keys F11 and F12

    All you need to do is change the Key Combinations that are using F11 and F12 by default, to something else. This post doesn't apply to your situation as far as I know.
