When did you do the Headless Horseman?

Questions:
1) During the last event, did lvl 65 able to DPS headless horsemen well? That would somehow translates how a lvl 75 DPS would work
2) Do you think this boss can be dual boxed by lvl 80 tank and healer? (since some of us don't have 5 accounts); example DK Tank + Holy Pally

I'm really worried about this, too. I'll have my 3rd team of 80s by tomorrow. (Druids are like 79.3). I'm really hoping I can solo this, but I have no tanking experience beyond Deadmines. haha.

I can spend my last week doing one of two things. Level up my mages to 75, and run the HH 22 times a day, bringing in a guildy healer and tank, or I can spend my last week gearing up my druid tank and summoning HH 15 times a day.

I'm really not sure which I should do at this point. I have about 20K just sitting around to handle the costs of Dual Speccing my druid tank and buying AH stuff, but still. I wish the drop rate on the mount was like half the droprate it was on the brew fest mounts and not like 1/4th the rate.

I'd prefer getting the two guildies and I all mounts, but I don't see that happening. And I even passed on a drop of it last year, to let this one guildy get it, but some other punk we brought along (without having any summons) decided he was going to roll on it, too. So I'm not going two years without it!

My second team is 75/76. I should be 80 by Oct. 18 and I have tons of craftable gear + honor gear + brewfest trinkets/weps so I should be set. If not I will just mix my current team in. I am so pumped about this event!

at 75 I would think no chance to kill HH. Just too many resists +misses and heavy healing on tank and group. I imagine your bear tank will be fine if you get him some crap off the AH. It's meant to be a reward for doing it and not really a challenge to anyone 80.

I'll be pushing it to be 80 by the 18th. I just got my PC back up and running. I'm just shy of 72 on my paladin, priest and lock trio. It's a 2 week event so I may not get him everytime, but I'm sure I'll manage some.

I mainly want the acheievement of killing him (I want the purple drakes), so I only "need" to kill him 1x. Everything else is bonus.

I am sure they will do the same upgrade as they did to Direbrew. Tough if not a good group at 80, but if ready is a cake walk.

I'm kinda glad I'm playing as Horde during this years event. Alliance spend great deal of time just to travel there, but when you get all the loot, x5 each day, its just stupid not to

I'll place 2 lvl 55 warlocks there with a good amount of shards.

i'll invite them to the party, summon 3/5 partymembers, kick the warlocks and summon the remaining 2. Will take 5 mins max.
