    Heh, looks good on a once-over. I don't know too much about power supply manufacturer quality. You might want to hop onto some overclocking forums (Overclock.net, hardocp.com, others) and ask the folks there for input. More opinions can't help.

    You see any visible upgrades that would be worth it i wanna do 2 x 4890 atis lol That psu can run two 5870s lol itll run what ever i need

    But next check ill end up unassebling the mobo and putting in a non stock heatsink / fan

    I really like the Antec 900 gamer case.
    It's preference, as long as its large enough and has space for expansion.
    I like having three fans on the front and back, and the 120mm fan on the top; I've not added any extra fans and heat has never been an issue for me.

    Personally I'd go with one 5870. Nom nom multi(More than two)-monitor support within one GPU nom.
