I have my Shaman running a chain heal rotation; the memory does not melee very hard; Spriest drops shadow protection on the group. Directly following the fear, I gather up the team using the interact with target key, then simply move the memory back out of melee range of the group.
Dur - am I stupid. I haven't purged her HoT, no wonder this fight takes so damn long!

I have normal on farm and after a grueling fight killed the champs + Eadic (too easy) on heroic. Didn't try BK, I barely kill him on normal. I am gonna try having my toons move when the ghouls explode, but I've been lucky in the past and got to phase 3 with full life on everyone for him just to nearly wipe me.

What is everyone at stats wise? Check my armory, should I be able to do heroic?

thanks for the strategies ... will give that a shot ...

Just beat normal - WOO HOO! May not seem like that much of a biggie, but JOUSTING SUCKS! Until I figured out what to do.
can i ask how you handled the black knight? My tank is pretty close to where you're at now - and my 3x arcane mages put out about 1.8k dps. My disc priest has to work reasonably hard, but I think i've got the champions and eadric on farm. it's just paletress and the BK that destroy me.

How did you do BK on normal?

Phase one I position my boys facing the circle - their backs to gate where the opponents enter. I split them apart slightly... not sure if that helps at all though. Plant my pally in the center, pull BK back a lil, and once I have some threat start the DPS. When his ghoul appears I always beat on it a lil. If it gets near the boys I'll Thunderstorm to kill it. This phase isn't hard for me because of my disease cleansing totem. That might be what is hurting you.

The worst part of Phase one is when he knocks one of my shaman away. I have to run my pally all the way over to him and quickly rearrange the crew. I tried putting their backs to the wall - but the ghoul explosions ROCK us against a wall.

Phase two is a bitch. I try really hard to get all the ghouls to focus on my pally. I'll consecrate and holy wrath, but they always tend to wander back to chomp on an orc. What I'm gonna start doing tonight is moving them when the ghouls explode. I don't have a key set to move them in all one direction, but easy enough to set up. Fire elemental comes out when or just before this phase ends.

Phase three sucks hardest, but its the home stretch. I've yet to make it through will all my guys standing. Blood lust, wings, everything I got goes into him.

Oh yeah, I've got shadow resist aura up the whole fight.

Phase I - T&S usually put the hunter pet on the ghoul.

Phase II – I collapse the girls on top of the Pally; drop consecration followed by Holy Wrath once the Black Knight finishes summoning. Full out DPS the ghouls – Fire Elemental, Spriest Mind Sear, and Druid fires AoE while droping Trents. Shaman spam Chain heals with her at the primary target. ((Usually one of my characters dies here)) Must strafe out of the nasy AoE ground stuff he drops too, and/or away from the ghouls if any are left standing

Once out of ghoul bonanza – DPS as per usual on the BK

Phase III is a matter of survival – he has low HP but dishes out wicked AoE stacking shadow damage.

I allways take out the ghouls first(As shown in the video I posted in the movie section), the DKs dps isnt the one I'm worried about, it's when they start popping it hurts.

Just a question for the mounted part.

How do you guys manage to make macroes?

When I mount all action bars disappear and I cant move macroes to the few open spots on the vechicle bar.

    what to do?

My girls are still pretty new...My Spriest usually tops the charts with single target DPS running a tad under 2k; BM hunter runs a close second.

I go the lazy route. Enter the instance and have all my girls follow my Pally...run up to first horse one slave mounts..hit follow macro, run by second horse...next slave mounts hit follow macro...ect until all my girls are following my Pally; she mounts, and we proceed to position next to the wooden door.
Once we are all pilled up on the mounts near the door I seperate the Pally so she can do her work.

You need an addon that'll allow your actionbars to still be there when the "vehicle bar" or the "possess bar", as it's called, shows up. I am currently using Dominos, other mods like Bartender and maybe Macaroon work for this as well? There's probably others.

Your main bar will still switch, but your other bars remain, so I have a follow and an assist macro on my other bars, then just mash 1,2,4 on the "possess bar" to do the jousting. It works!

It definitely took a while to setup my bars though, it's like starting from scratch, but I'm glad I did it if for nothing else than ToC attempts.

You don't need an addon to for special keybindings. I mapped a couple spots on the default right action bar to numpad1 and numpad2.

    numpad1 is
    /follow main

    numpad2
    /assist main

Just like Psych said "Your main bar will still switch, but your other bars remain, so I have a follow and an assist macro on my other bars, then just mash 1,2,4 on the "possess bar" to do the jousting. It works!"

Just use the other bars that are available to you when you get into a vehicle
