Yeah I don't think it does, but I won't start grinding BGs until level 71 in which case RAF no longer applies. Guess I'll find out soon if the heirlooms work, but I have a feeling they will because they apply to RAF (360% leveling speed with the shoulder + chest)Originally Posted by Bettysue

When did they increase RAF thru to 70? I thought it stopped at 60
