Hey, I am looking up this warning message online and can't seem to find anything either on this site or off of Google.
I am a noob Hunter and am getting the message on the Hunter that she "needs to be petted." I feed the pet religiously and I have the green smiley face but I still get the message.
What's going on?
maybe you have a macro somewhere that send this message. the macro may look like /pet
This. Probably a typo in your /petattack or /petdefensive macro. Note that all of those are /petattack, /petdefensive, /petpassive, not /pet attack, /pet defensive, etc.Quote:

lol my GF was having the same thing about 2 days back and yes as already stated you have somthing like
/pet attack
not /petattack
as /pet emotes you need to be petted

Thats exactly what it is, he must be using /petattack instead of using /pet attack
just as /hug without targetting anyone will say.. "Elsegundo needs a hug"

I had that issue awhile back on my 3 boxing hunters. One of your DPS macros is causing an issue. I had the same thing on two of my lowbies, but it was not obvious. I just redid the macros one line at a time and the error never returned.
