In other news:

My DK only needs one upgrade from blue-->purple and the Rets have two. I'm going to marathon it this weekend including waking up for each and every WG that goes on and then see if I can't start some serious arena'ing on Sunday night. With my new computer I can run Fraps basically full time without taking a framerate hit so my plan is to record some BG's too.

Would anyone be interested in some BG videos or not?

Um... this pretty much sums up my mentality this weekend. It's 4pm... I'm wasted.. and workin hard on my rogues for the next 50 hours.

Debating server transferring back Horde (again) after I get this next honor piece and then just farming WG. On my server Horde wins maybe 90-95% of WG battles. Hmmm.

Id love to see some BG footage in addition to arena. You run the DK as the main as I'm sure most of us do. Have you thought about having it run as one of the alts?

I've been thinking of this just to see how it plays out (and my DK is lesser geared then my paladins) and it might keep the DK from being focused so much. I really hate losing the DK first with the snares and DG.

I thought about it but I feel like you'd lose a lot of the control. Plus you'd have to trade back for instances unless you went with a Pally tank.

How much gear did you need until you started seeing kills?

I did 4-5 games tonight after my team got their last blue-->purple upgrades. All the teams were ridiculously geared and coordinated. It was silly.

I still manage kills but getting 2 of them down isn't a win :)

I'm going to do more games tomorrow night. My first instinct is going to be to drop a Ret for a dedicated healer. Running all of'em by myself makes me uncomfortable--In BG's the opposition is uncoordinated enough that I don't usually have to heal mid-fight whereas in arenas it's the opposite.

Started back up on the Rogues. I'm honestly more excited than them about the Rets at this point. A *guaranteed* initial kill is pretty sexy.

As soon as I hit 80 I went 5-5 with 2 or 3 purple pvp pieces and the Titansteel Destroyers. So that's when I was getting kills :)

equal geared opponents?

Asom, you can look at my fights. But in Blue gear I wasnt able to drop any double healer even with a geared rogue partner.

This week I have alot more upgrades though, we will see. I expect someones going to die. Up to about 2300 dps on a heroic target dummy, I figure once i get about 3k dps ill have no problems farming heroics. Equal geared no problem at all ill fucking stomp all over someone.

I have yet to see = gear though >.<
