The quests are not boxer friendly, but I can see from a solo players point of view that some are quite fun. Such as the one where you play as Amber the sniper and help Sully the dwarf.
Surprisingly bug free and fun quest.

I don't think anyone enjoys picking things up off the ground. I doubt solo players like squinting their eyes to see sparkles of light letting them know that they can pick up a freshly fallen leaf. For the vast majority of the population, questing is the work you put in to make the endgame feel more valuable. Some really enjoy the questing part and that's their favorite part of the game, but I would venture that most just want to get to max level so they can start working on "permanent" improvements instead of grinding exp.
It's interesting, I would have thought all the "quality of life" stuff added in the last month would have more than made up for what is essentially a new expansion and Blizzard ensuring it is roughly 20 hours per level on launch.
Also I would have thought that us multiboxers were more robust than "I don't like this design, I'll quit" type attitude. It's something I see on the official forums all the time but not here... Certainly we have a play style not supported by them and therefore it's up to us to find the path of least resistance.
Yea, how many fricken gathering collection quests were in the panda starter zone? Totally blew off the "new expack" feel, and became one headache after another.......for me at least.
When I finally got to sw, I had to actually take a break....lol.
You could just let the starting zones cooldown and start a 5 man monk team 8) I have not started questing with my 85s yet. I started my monk team and took my druid out gathering.. so sevral stacks for 1k each ( down to 200ish now per stack ) Ill wait a few more days before starting the quest grind.
Have any of you made it to VotFW yet? i did that whole zone with 3 monks in beta and did not remember too many hard quests. Maybe there were and i did not mind.
You could always grind out 85-86 or do repeatable 85 dailies.
Or even PVP.
Guys its AV Call to Arms right now! They did just hotfix the exp down was getting a Million per win in the 85-89 Bracket its now roughly half that, but the exp is still pretty good.
For a win in AV it is 400k for a lose its 130k I have been aving it up for a while, but I gotta say I may even stop playing for a little bit. By the looks of it the instances are faceroll. So dumb and easy from a solo point
Total exp for an AV win counting towers, Galv dead etc... is about 6% for me at level 89. Thats pretty solid for 12 minute game or so.
Questing alone isn't bad, but I'm somewhat dreading the starter areas when I bring the team up today/tomorrow. Fortunatly there isn't a big rush since PvP vendors aren't out yet.
