You'll generally heal by assisting the mob, or by repeater region (click) healing, or by toon specific heal macro's.
The toon specific work well, in that you can control who gets the heal, but its a lot of macros and keybinds, and only works for your group.
The assist heals are probably the best as far as macros to heal go.
If your software broadcasts mouse clicks easily (IS Boxer or HKN), click healing with an addon like Vuhdo or Grid + Clique or Healbot is by far the best healing.
Your dps is the easy part.
Position them somewhere for the fight.
And spam your key.
In some fights you'll have to move them out of puddles of goo.
In other fights, you'll heal through crap and just burn the boss down.
Youtube videos of boxers show decent strategies for various fights.
Any of the software options will work as far as boxing goes.
I started with Keyclone, and used it fine for most of my boxing career.
I really like IS Boxer -- instant PiP swaps, mouse broadcasting, repeater region heals etc.
But you can macro everything for a 5-man group.
If you're good at editing scripts, check out HotKeyNet.
If you want a much easier interface, go with IS Boxer ($10 for 90 days, $36 per year)
Either of these, seem to be the most powerful/flexible of the software options.
