I am having a bit of difficulty and I can not find the answer unfortunately, but how can we enable and disable the keys with ISboxer? This is really a deal breaker if I were to purchase it.

What do you mean by enable/disable keys? Toggle all broadcasting? Add or remove keys?
Even with everything turned off you still have keys going through.
When I am chatting on my main I turn off everything, but still all the slaves have their backpack opening and closing every time I type a b in chat.
That's not normal behavior. Might this have something to do with that? http://isboxer.com/wiki/FAQ#I_added_..._disable_it.3F
There's no key movement in Diablo, it's all click to move, so you will need to use mouse repeating.

By Default Shift+Alt+R toggles mouse and keyboard broadcasting (Repeater) on and off. You can, off course, change this Hotkey to whatever you like.
For Diablo III, unlike for other games, it is normal to have Repeater on most of the time. This is addressed specifically in the Quick Start Guide for Diablo III. If you need to move your characters back together, briefly toggle Repeater off, click on your secondary character to restack them, and then turn Repeater back on again.
There has been considerable discussion of more advanced techniques on the ISBoxer Diablo III forum.
