I've been trying to see if it's possible to dual box with a PC & a laptop. I haven't been able to locate any answers. I just would like to know if it's possible & also would it be better to just use software to run both toons on one machine?
I'm barely starting out & would like as much info as possible before investing money into this. I'm on a budget so buying a whole new PC for this is out of the question. Any & all info is much appreciated, thanks. :)
Yes it is possible. I multibox with 3 PCs and a laptop. I use Keyclone, which requires a license for each PC you run it on.

You don't need a KVM switch. I just use an external mouse connected to my laptop for doing things on that toon. Thats about as low budget as you can get :_D keyclone x2 (one for each system).Quote:

Ok, cool. I already have a mouse for my laptop. So just get 2 keyclones & I'm pretty much set. I'll just look up all info on keyclone & how to manage it & I should be all set up & fully functioning by tomorrow or even tonight?!? :)
